1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed via email or WhatsApp only (website in maintenance mode).
• Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
• Payment confirms acceptance of quoted price, shipping method, and these terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless stated.
• Accepted methods: Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram.
• Full payment required before processing.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable upon confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Origin: Canada (North America), UK (Europe), or XiaMen (ROW).
• Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, HKEMS, Canada Post.
• Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days depending on destination.
• Signature may be required for registered mail (home/office addresses).
• PO Box & parcel lockers accepted — no signature needed.
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon handover to carrier.

6. Customs & Seizure
You are responsible for ensuring import compliance in your country.

• We provide 100% free reshipment if:
• Package held in customs >15 days, or
• Official seizure letter received.
• Maximum one reshipment per order.
• No refunds for seized packages.

7. Product Quality & Liability

• All products guaranteed ≥98% purity (most ≥99.7%) with COA provided.
• No warranties beyond stated purity.
• We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or experimental outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and product images are property of NUMEI BIO-TECH and Arkem Raw SARMs Powders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

10. Governing Law
